Objectives:
- Engage stakeholders - Community involvement process (WT together with CRB).
- Define new water tourism services that will be co-created with stakeholders.
- Evaluate the regenerative aspects of selected services together with CRB (experience of Ti-Hub with the Bernard tool).
- Co-creates new tourism services with designers, local communities and creative industries.
- Rolls-out the tourism service with local community & SME’s.
Expected results:
- A more sustainable, inclusive and locally embedded tourism in the Lys region by creating community based small-scale, inclusive and creative water-based tourism services. Serving as a motor for further economic and social development.
- Improvement of ReStart Compass component ‘D&I focus Community involvement and QoL’.
- On the long term, a wide spread of activities on community involvement in whole NWE.
